Dear Daughter,

You were born into a world that moves so fast. I still remember how, barely few years old, you picked up a phone and played Subway Surfers as if you already knew it. Your generation just gets technology.

Today, there’s always something happening on a screen – something to watch, scroll, or click. And because of that, your generation rarely gets a moment when the mind is truly still. Even scientists say your brain gets far more information in a day than we ever did growing up.

But there’s something I want to tell you… quietly, as a mom.

While the world will keep advancing… while technology will keep getting faster…the people who will truly stand out are those who still have the courage to sit with their thoughts.

If you want to be a thinker, a creator, a person who solves real problems, the first rule is simple:

Learn to sit still.
Learn to be bored.
Learn to let your thoughts breathe.

Because boredom is not the absence of activity – it is the presence of possibility.

And our brains, though evolved, still need that quiet space.

They need rest to create. They need emptiness to imagine. They need pauses to bloom.

It’s okay to get bored.
In fact, boredom is beautiful.

Always with you,
Mumma

Would love to know your thoughts!
